TTi-120R

CNC Gear Measuring System TTi Series

TTi-120R is compact size machine while at the same time, it has superior high-precision measuring abilities with our own new measuring method “NDG”. Along with “NDG” method, Direct Drive Motor is introduced to their rotary shafts, which achieved world-class high speed and highly accurate measurement. It also has an ability to measure both external and internal small module gears (m0.15) without changeover of right and left flanks. TTi-120R is capable of measuring small module gears with high accuracy measurement.

TTi-300R

CNC Gear Measuring System TTi Series

TTi-300R, our new gear measuring machine, is developed based on an existing model TTi-300H. Our own new measuring method “NDG” is adopted and TTi-300R achieved superior high-precision measurement. By introducing Direct Drive Motor to rotary shaft, it also achieved high-speed measurement with maintaining its high accuracy. This has environmentally-conscious and space-saving design. Up to 12 module, gear OD φ350mm can be measured with this machine.

TTi-450R

CNC Gear Measuring System TTi Series

TTi-450R, our new gear measuring machine, is developed based on existing models TTi-450H. Our own new measuring method “NDG” is adopted and TTi450H achieved superior high-precision measurement with competitive price. By introducing Direct Drive Motor to rotary shaft, it also achieved high-speed measurement with maintaining its high accuracy in environmentally-conscious and space-saving design body. TTi-450R measures up to module 12, OD φ500mm.

TTi-600H

TTi-600H, our new gear measuring machine, is developed based on existing model TTi-600E. Our own new measuring method “NDG” is adopted and TTi-600H achieved superior high-precision measurement with competitive price. By introducing Direct Drive Motor to rotary shaft, it also achieved high-speed measurement with maintaining its high accuracy in environmentally-conscious and space-saving design body. TTi-600H measures up to module 20, OD φ650mm.

TTi-1200H

CNC Gear Measuring System TTi Series

 

Symmetric design of key components with high rigidity gives the high precision measuring capabilities for large and heavy gears. This automatic tester for super large gear has highly rigid body and still saves much floor space with its compact body. TTi-1200H measures up to module 25, ODφ1250mm.

TTi-2600H

CNC Gear Measuring System TTi Series

Symmetric design of key components with high rigidity gives the high precision measuring capabilities for the very large and heavy gears. Newly developed measuring system “NDG” reduced the tangential motion drastically. This method gives the accurate and consistent results as all measurements are done at the center of bed. This tester measures large gears and still saves much floor space with its compact body. It also has automatic alignment system, which makes it easier and faster to align the pose of large gears. This function contributed to shortening of measuring time including the gear alignment.

TF-Series & SF-Series

CNC Single & Double Flank Gear Rolling Tester

TF-Series has drastically improved stability, work efficiency and measurement accuracy with its world’s first CNC double flank gear rolling mechanism.

 It’s always been known that it is a single flank gear rolling tester that can measure transmission errors. SF series are user-friendly numerical controlled (CNC) testers which achieved easy transmission error analysis with reasonable price.

DBD – 250Ei

CNC Digital Over Ball Measuring System

DBD series are new inspection units with better accuracy and more stable measuring results compared to existing manual and semi-automatic inspection devices. It solved the conventional problems such as result variation due to operators’ experiences and the complication of the process for the odd number teeth gear and much more. Now, these machines permit the over ball measurements of not only ring gears but also shaft gears.

RK – 2000

CNC Rack Gear Measuring System

.RK-2000 is used for the measurement of the tooth profile, lead and pitch from small to large size. The same CNC control with gear measuring system series is used, which contributes to highly-accurate measurement and reduction of measuring time.
