Nemade Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is a family-owned business, founded by Mr. Chandrakant Nemade, an industry veteran with extensive experience in sales and service of Hofler gear grinding machines since 1980. In 2001, he established the company with a modest setup focused on gear grinding job work, which has since grown into a leading provider of advanced engineering solutions.
Today, the company is led by Mr. Ashish Nemade, who, with a background in mechanical engineering and mentorship from his father, has taken full responsibility for the company’s operations and strategic direction. Mr. Harshad Nemade, Ashish’s brother, oversees another company, which operates through a separate website.

At Nemade Engineers Pvt. Ltd., we proudly represent some of the world’s leading manufacturers of CNC machine tools. Our expertise covers the complete machining range for gear manufacturing, from soft machining to hard finish machining, ensuring precision and adherence to today’s stringent output tolerances.
We are fully responsible for the sales, installation, and commissioning of these machines, as well as providing comprehensive after-sales services. Our commitment guarantees that customers receive the highest level of support throughout the entire lifecycle of the machine.
Gear Division
Initially, Nemade Engineers Pvt. Ltd. began as a job work supplier and later expanded into prototype part manufacturing. Our vision has since evolved to include full-scale gear manufacturing, from forging to finished production. The company has invested in state-of-the-art technology, including hard-finish machining setups, and has recently integrated advanced CNC machines for green (soft) machining.
Our Gear Division is well-known in the automotive industry for fast, high-quality prototype gear manufacturing. With a skilled and dedicated team, we are positioned to offer complete manufacturing solutions for gears, providing our clients with an end-to-end service from design to finished product.
